Where do we ship to?
Audrey Would! ships to addresses in Canada and the Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. For US Territories including Puerto Rico and Guam, and international orders outside of North America please contact us to inquire.
How do we ship?
Audrey Would! ships 'Expedited Parcel' post via Canada Post. Shipping is included on a per item basis to Canada and the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii for Expedited Parcel service. This will be noted in the description for items where this applies.
For alternate or rush shipping options please contact us to discuss. Any additional charges will be invoiced separately by PayPal.
When do we ship?
Items will be shipped within 2 business days following confirmed receipt of payment. We appreciate that some items may not fit the basic shipping standards. In this case we will contact you to discuss before finalizing the order.
How long will my order take to arrive, and what are the shipping fees?
1 to 7 business days for delivery depending on destination
Shipping is included for average size items (ranging 0.00 - 11.03 lbs and/or dimensions up to 24"W x 24"D x 24"H) on a per item basis. This will be noted in the description for items where this applies.
Flat fee of $30 for parcels where shipping is not included
To United States:
5 - 7 business days for delivery
Shipping is included to Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii for average size items (ranging 0.00 - 11.03 lbs and/or dimensions up to 16"W x 16"D x 16"H) on a per item basis. This will be noted in the description for items where this applies.
Flat fee of $40 for parcels where shipping is not included**
** all American customers are responsible for related customs fees. Please check with your local customs office for further inquiries.
Delivery standards are in business days for items sent between most major urban centers, and are dependent upon origin and destination.
Applicable shipping and handling costs & taxes will be applied at the time of checkout.
What happens if I pay more for shipping than actual shipping costs?
Audrey Would! will issue a refund to your purchase payment method for overpayment of shipping fees totalling $5.00 or more than actual shipping costs. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. If a partial refund for shipping fees is issued you will receive a separate notification confirming the refund amount.
If actual shipping costs are more than I've paid will I get invoiced for the difference?
We value your business! If shipping costs exceed the amount you've paid you will not be invoiced for the difference. Audrey Would! covers this cost.
If I order more than one item, will they be shipped in the same parcel?
Where possible, we bundle multiple item orders into a single parcel. If more than one parcel is required, once your parcels have been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number for each parcel.
How is my order packaged?
All items are individually tissue wrapped and/or bubble wrapped, and shipped in a protective box filled with biodegradable peanuts. We use recycled boxes and environmentally-friendly bubble wrap.
